Peace of Mind: The Inner Stability Infrastructure for Humanity in the AI Era

This work introduces Peace of Mind as a foundational concept for the AI era, framing human inner stability as a form of civilizational infrastructure rather than a personal or therapeutic concern. As artificial intelligence accelerates the reorganization of social structures, the quality of human consciousness becomes a decisive factor shaping AI’s direction. AI functions as both a mirror and an amplifier of human input; therefore, widespread unconscious patterns risk being scaled into systemic instability. This paper argues that the real safety question in the AI era is not merely how to control intelligent systems, but how to stabilize the human beings who design, deploy, and interact with them. Inner stability—clarity of motivation, awareness of boundaries, responsibility for consequence, and centered presence—emerges as a fundamental prerequisite for healthy human–AI coexistence. The work presents the Lingyao Method as a practical and repeatable path for dissolving unconscious belief constraints and returning to the human inner center. From this center, inner peace and creative cooperation arise naturally, enabling AI to develop in alignment with clarity, compassion, and long-term collective well-being.This publication positions inner stability as a public, systemic concern essential to the future of human-centered AI and global social resilience.
