The Frames Axiomatics [Alpha Publication]
FRAMES AXIOMATICS v10 Final @ ππΎ [Complete Puplication] 10.5281/zenodo.18458546 Patrick R. Miller (K501) 2026 Abstract This document introduces Frames Axiomatics, a formal framework for the ordered representation of information. The framework is designed for long-term reference, auditability, and reconstruction, with a strict separation between structural order and semantic interpretation. Frames Axiomatics does not claim execution capability, intelligence, security, or semantic correctness. Instead, it defines a minimal, append-only system in which information exists as structurally registered units (βFramesβ), and epistemic truth states may only be asserted through explicit, verifiable proofs. Meaning is not stored within the system. Meaning arises exclusively in the act of reading, performed by an external observer or interpreter.
