Black-Hole Cosmology in the ψ₀–OCM: Routing, Inflow Laws, and Universe Formation as Stabilized PDS-1 Bubbles

This paper develops a black-hole cosmology architecture within the ψ₀–OCM framework, in which black holes are treated not as terminal singularities but as active redistribution nodes embedded in a higher-order ψ₀ manifold. Black-hole collapse, white-hole emergence, and horizon dynamics are formulated as redistributive processes governed by boundary flux, detachment states, and holographic coupling. The ψ₀ Inflow Law is introduced in a form specialized to black-hole routing, and redistribution behavior across node boundaries is formalized. Cosmological domains are described as stabilized PDS-1 bubbles formed within parent routing nodes, providing a non-singular realization of “universe-inside-a-node” cosmology. Conceptual diagrams and boxed principles are used to clarify redistribution flux circulation, stabilization thresholds, and node-mediated coupling, without reliance on undisclosed internal derivations. Within this architecture, black-hole thermodynamics, white-hole emission, cosmological emergence, and dark-sector behavior are unified under a single redistribution-based framework. The formulation preserves established observational limits while defining a coherent set of structural relations and empirically accessible interface predictions suitable for comparison with cosmological and astrophysical data.
