Long‐Term Outcomes and Risk Factors for Mortality After Single Ventricle Palliation for Asplenia Syndrome
Survival after single ventricle palliation for asplenia syndrome remains suboptimal, particularly when TAPVC, PA, and greater than or equal to moderate atrioventricular valve regurgitation are present in combination rather than in isolation. Improved strategies or surgical techniques are required for this complex asplenia syndrome cohort.
