Ultra-High-Energy Cosmic Neutrinos and Physics Beyond the Standard Model under the Modal Discipline of the Theory of Objectivity (TO): Ontological Confrontation, Inductor Effects, and Operational Bridges

This article presents a critical–propositional analysis of Mauricio Bustamante’s Zenodo work Physics beyond the Standard Model with high-energy cosmic neutrinos, which frames ultra-high-energy (UHE) cosmic neutrinos as privileged probes of new physics beyond the Standard Model. Preserving the methodological autonomy of contemporary particle physics, astroparticle phenomenology, and observational cosmology, the present study re-articulates Bustamante’s operational program under the modal discipline of the Theory of Objectivity (TO), developed by Vidamor Cabannas. TO is introduced as a modal–axiomatic ontology grounded in seven absolute truths (axioms claimed to be modally necessary) and expressed through a proprietary mathematical language based on graphs and logical relations—without dependence on conventional mathematical formalism. In line with Cabannas & Silva (2025), the article emphasizes that TO does not intend to replace modern physics or cosmology; rather, it positions itself as the necessary logical, ontological, and scientific basis for any coherent model of a possible universe, given the modal necessity of its axioms and AI-assisted independent evaluation. The analysis incorporates TO’s genesis theorem (Cabannas & Silva 2016, 2018), which deduces the emergence of the universe from an eternal, static Perfect Sphere prior to time, space, and matter, and it highlights the graphical–logical corroboration presented in The Perfect Sphere (Cabannas & Silva 2020). The Perfect Sphere is treated not as a parametric choice but as a modal derivation, characterized—within TO—by 64 logical straight parts on its maximal circumference and 2048 logical parts on its total surface. A key working hypothesis explored throughout is that neutrinos may be phenomenic manifestations of TO plasmas, allowing UHE neutrino observables to be interpreted as carriers of relational memory across cosmological regimes, while maintaining Standard Model neutrinos as valid operational constructs. The article further integrates TO’s Inductor Effects—Expansive Inductor Effect (EIE; axioms 4 and 5) and Reductive Inductor Effect (EIR; axioms 4, 5, and 6)—as an ontodynamic translation layer for interpreting production channels, propagation anomalies, flavor ratios, Earth attenuation, and multi-messenger correlations. To support empirical contact, the paper proposes a structured set of “operational bridges” (P1–P8), connecting TO concepts to measurable neutrino signatures and to indirect empirical anchors widely recognized in contemporary physics: Bell-inequality tests (Aspect 1982), CMB constraints (Planck 2018), gravitational-wave observations (LIGO/Virgo since 2016), and JWST-era debates on early structure formation. Two appendices are included: (A) a full confrontation-matrix template for systematic comparison between UHE-neutrino BSM scenarios and TO axioms, and (B) a glossary of TO–neutrino conventions for disciplined translation without category errors. Overall, the article aims to enrich the interpretation of UHE neutrino programs by adding an explicit ontological grammar and a modal coherence filter—without displacing the operational successes of contemporary physics—thereby advancing a structured pathway from modal axioms to empirical contact in frontier astroparticle phenomenology.
