Land-use intensification reshapes microbial phosphorus cycling, organic matter composition, and phosphorus fractions in Amazonian soils
This repository contains the files associated with the following article: "Land-use intensification reshapes microbial phosphorus cycling, organic matter composition, and phosphorus fractions in Amazonian soils." The Microsoft Excel file contains all the data and metadata used in this study, including sampling date, site coordinates, and environmental data. The files in the ".raw" format contain raw spectral data obtained using the Orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometer. It can be used to describe the analysis of the water-extractable organic matter. The LMWC files contain metadata on site location and file names, as well as transformed peak abundance data from mass spectrometry.
