TERM Consistency Principle: Emergent Constants, Interactions, and Spacetime Structure
This work introduces the TERM Consistency Principle, reframing physical law as the minimization of a global consistency functional $\mathcal{C}$. We demonstrate that fundamental constants (such as the fine-structure constant $\alpha$, the strong coupling $\alpha_s$, and Newton's constant $G$), mass hierarchies, and the 3+1 dimensionality of spacetime are not arbitrary, but emerge as attractors of a triadic system governed by distinguishability, resonance, and regulation. By shifting the paradigm from purely statistical symmetry postulates or anthropic selection to a framework of internal stability, TERM provides a unified, falsifiable explanation for the numerical specificity of the universe. This paper delineates the structural constraints on viable physical theories and offers testable predictions for extreme environments and early-universe cosmology.
