This report explores community college faculty perspectives on supporting adult learners through the Five P Framework—People, Purpose, Pathways, Progress, and Partnerships. Drawing on insights from the NC Reconnect initiative, it highlights strategies for fostering flexible instruction, professional learning, and resource navigation to improve student success. Faculty emphasize the importance of mentorship networks, campus communication, and programs like HI‑PASS to address barriers and enhance engagement. The findings underscore the need for systemic collaboration and tailored approaches to meet the evolving needs of adult learners in North Carolina’s community colleges.
