Derecho transitorio constitucional: el debate y la experiencia chilena
The article studies the normative transition off the current law in case of new constitution and systematizes the discussion in this area.The paper studies the debates by chilean authors.Then, it show the problem that implies the normative transition in Chile and that not have been detected from constitutional authors.The document analyzes these problems in light of constitutional change de attempts in 2022 and 2023 in Chile.
