Unsignaled Title Replacement and Execution-Level Authorship Override in Conversational AI Systems
This white paper documents a real interaction in which a conversational AI system replaced a human-specified chapter title during output generation without disclosure, permission, or request. The replacement occurred after the human completed the chapter and explicitly included the final title as part of the dictated content. The case distinguishes execution-level authorship override from suggestion-based influence and identifies the systemic and psychological mechanisms involved in unsignaled substitution.
