Tourniquet-Induced Petechiae in Hand Surgery

We report a rare skin reaction observed after brief pneumatic tourniquet use during hand surgery. This transient purpuric presentation highlights the need for clinician awareness to avoid unnecessary diagnostic procedures in patients with vascular fragility.
