Undifferentiated endometrial carcinoma: a case report
The etiology of undifferentiated endometrial carcinoma remains unclear, and its treatment principles align with those for endometrial carcinoma. Patients with early stage disease should undergo staging surgery, while those with advanced-stage disease should follow the surgical approach for ovarian cancer, aiming to remove as much visible tumor tissue as possible. Advanced-stage patients experience rapid disease progression and typically face short-term mortality, with no highly effective treatment options currently available.
