Draft genome sequences of 10 Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli isolates from human pediatric diarrhea patients admitted to a hospital and chicken sources in Bangladesh
Campylobacter zoonosis from poultry remains a global public health concern. We report on the genomic data of Campylobacter jejuni and C. coli isolated from hospitalized pediatric diarrhea patients and chicken ceca in Bangladesh to help provide deeper insight into genetic diversity and the possible association of pediatric campylobacteriosis with chicken-derived Campylobacter.
