Exploratory Conceptual Framework for Cosmic Rebalancing via Black Hole Vortices.
This work presents an exploratory and speculative conceptual framework in theoretical cosmology. Black holes are interpreted not as terminal objects, but as dynamic vortical structures participating in large-scale processes of cosmic rebalancing. Within this framework, relativistic jets and analogous multidimensional connections are viewed as transfer channels for matter, energy, and information, contributing to a global dynamic equilibrium that may extend beyond a single universe. The model adopts an interpretive perspective in which black holes function as active nodes within a self-regulating cosmic network. The proposal is conceptual rather than predictive and does not claim experimental verification. It is intended as a complementary interpretive framework, open to further mathematical development and critical discussion.
