Palladium-Catalyzed Regioselective Alkenylation of Flavone Derivatives
Here we presented a palladium-catalyzed regioselective alkenylation of flavones at the C3 position protocol. A variety of functional group such as ether, ester, halogen, et al. is tolerate in this transformation. The proposed method offers a practical solution for the alkenylation of flavone at the C3 position, which has potential applications in functionalization of biologically important flavone scaffold of various field such as pharmaceuticals, food, and organic synthesis.
