Licensing and Interpretation Framework for Authority-Closed Reference Objects
This record defines the Licensing and Interpretation Framework for Authority-Closed Reference Objects. Version v2 clarifies the boundary between ordinary public citation / DOI reference permitted by record-specific public licenses and non-granted implementation, operational, commercial, conformity, equivalence, endorsement, licensing, evaluation, and authoritative interpretation rights. This framework is not a license agreement and does not grant any rights by itself. Record-specific public licenses may permit public reading, citation, DOI linking, sharing, or non-commercial non-derivative reference to a publication as a text or reference artifact. Such public citation or reference does not grant any right to implement, operate, commercialize, adapt, extend, reinterpret, claim equivalence with, claim conformity to, certify, endorse, evaluate as authorized, or derive operational authority from any covered object. All implementation, operational, commercial, licensing, evaluation, conformity, equivalence, endorsement, and authoritative interpretation rights remain subject to separate explicit written permission from the author. The framework applies to authority-closed, non-operational reference objects authored and published by the same author, including CRAB, SAB, Financial Black Box, Class I / Class II and subsequent logical classes, snapshot-bound admissibility classes, admission-boundary sequel classes, authority-closed reference frameworks, and related logical extensions or functional equivalents. Linked records, supplements, references, continuations, or sequels do not create automatic interoperability, blanket permission, unified implementation license, commercial availability, or public operational authorization. The covered objects are non-operational, non-implementational, non-normative, non-prescriptive, non-advisory, non-service, non-certification, and non-compliance objects unless separately licensed and separately operationalized in writing. No claims are made by this framework regarding fault, liability, breach, negligence, illegality, compliance failure, operational failure, or institutional misconduct by any third party.
