SUPPORTING WOMEN THROUGH MENOPAUSE WITH PSYCHO-COACHING PRACTICES AND HORMONE YOGA
The article addresses the problem of comprehensive support for women in menopause that extends beyond the traditional focus on hormone replacement therapy and nutrient-based strategies. The relevance of the study is determined by the high prevalence of vasomotor, osteometabolic, and psycho-emotional disturbances during this period, as well as by conflicting data on the safety of and adherence to standard pharmacological protocols. The paper constructs an analytical framework in which menopause is conceptualized as a biosocial syndrome that requires a multidisciplinary approach and integration of psycho-emotional, hormonal, and kinetic correction. The study aimed to substantiate the feasibility of combining psycho-coaching techniques and hormone yoga into a unified support model capable of simultaneously reducing the severity of psycho-emotional symptoms, normalizing biochemical indicators, and shaping sustainable behavioral trajectories. The novelty of the work lies in its systemic conceptualization of the synergy between cognitive-behavioral reframing and body-oriented practices as mutually reinforcing components, enabling the overcoming of the limitations of monotherapeutic approaches. The main findings of the study confirm that the combination of psycho-coaching and hormone yoga provides a multifactorial benefit, including improved bone mineral density and lipid profile, reduced anxiety-depressive symptomatology, and better sleep quality. The proposed model demonstrated comparable or even superior efficacy on several clinical indicators compared to traditional pharmacological regimens, while maintaining high adaptability and safety. The article will be helpful to physicians, psychologists, rehabilitation and fitness specialists, and researchers working on women’s health during the menopausal period
