Response to letter to the Editor: Geriatric assessment and sarcopenia in pancreatic cancer: Toward personalized treatment beyond chronological age

We thank Giordano and colleagues for their comprehensive comment on our recently published study [1] evaluating the prognostic impact of the Geriatric 8 (G8) screening tool and comprehensive geriatric assessment (CGA) in older patients with advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. We greatly appreciate their interest in our work and their contribution to the ongoing discussion on the integration of geriatric principles into oncologic decision-making.
