Among the collected responses, 361 questionnaires were used for analysis after excluding 9 deemed insincere. The research methods were SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 23.0, and frequency analysis, factor analysis, t-tests, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, and Scheffé’s post-hoc test were conducted to identify demographic characteristics.
