Molecular Dynamics Study of the Influence of Nanostructure Size on Melting Point

Numerical experiments involving molecular dynamics simulations have been conducted to study the dependence of the melting point of various materials (copper, silver, titanium, and silicon carbide) on the nanostructure size. Analysis of the obtained data shows that, starting from a certain nanostructure size, the melting points of all materials decrease with decreasing nanostructure size.
