A Liouville Invariance Theorem for Blackbody Spectrum Preservation

This note proves that CMB blackbody preservation follows from Liouville transport under frequency-independent redshift, without requiring metric expansion. The standard scalings T(z) = T₀(1+z), ṅ = −3Hn, and ρ̇ = −4Hρ are derived from kinematics alone. The result establishes that expansion is sufficient but not necessary for spectrum preservation. A physical realization of frequency-independent redshift is provided separately (Cody, 2026, JMP). This work bridges the K(t) framework to standard cosmological formalism. Abstract
