Effectiveness of Psychotherapeutic Nursing on Stress, Anxiety, Uncertainty, and Implantation Rates in Women Undergoing In vitro Fertilization: A Randomized Controlled Trial
Structured psychotherapeutic intervention effectively reduced psychological distress and improved IVF outcomes. These results suggest that psychotherapeutic support should be integral to IVF treatment for better emotional well-being and clinical success.
