Triple-helix crosslinked hydrogels with sol-gel transition in response to collagen model peptides

Abstract This study developed a thermoresponsive hydrogel crosslinked by collagen-motif triple helix and analyzed the sol-gel transition property and the effect of additional collagen model peptides (CMPs). The CMPs grafted 4arm-Poly(ethylene glycol) gel can be controlled by the CMPs hetero triple helix formation, amino acid sequence variation, and additional single-strand CMPs.
