Premise of a New Theory of Gravity

This work formulates conceptual and methodological foundations for the development of a new theory of gravitation. A regime-based approach is introduced, grounded in dimensionless gravitational and kinematic parameters, together with a framework for the accumulation of small relativistic effects over time. It is shown that even when such parameters are formally small, their integral accumulation can lead to threshold phenomena in which the Newtonian approximation and standard post-Newtonian expansions lose their quantitative adequacy. Quantitative criteria for threshold physics are proposed to define the operational boundaries between classical and relativistic regimes. Regime-transition functions, methods for evaluating accumulated effects, and numerical verification procedures based on local and global residuals and convergence order are developed. The proposed framework enables a systematic extension of gravitational theory without contradicting experimentally validated physics, providing a reproducible, testable, and scalable foundation for future advances in gravitational research.
