Elevated Speculative Cosmology (ESC): A Stability-First Framework for Understanding Reality

Elevated Speculative Cosmology (ESC) is a stability-first, constraint-based framework for understanding how systems form, persist, and fail across physical, biological, informational, and social domains. Rather than proposing new particles, forces, or field equations, ESC examines the universal conditions that allow structures to remain coherent over time, and the mechanisms by which that coherence eventually breaks down. The framework treats persistence as an active process requiring continuous repair under constraint, and failure as a regime transition rather than disappearance. Systems are understood as nested within larger systems that impose boundary conditions they cannot fully observe or control, leading to scale-dependent behavior and abrupt threshold-driven change. ESC does not replace existing scientific theories, but provides a meta-structural language for translating stability and collapse phenomena across disciplines. This document serves as a concise conceptual primer for the ESC framework.
