VOWS N VISION: EVENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The VOWS N VISION system is a comprehensive full-stack web application designed to enhance client acquisition and streamline event booking in the competitive event management industry. Traditional event management processes often rely on fragmented communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and in-person consultations, leading to inefficiencies and potential loss of business leads. This system addresses these challenges by providing a centralized digital platform that allows prospective clients to easily access service portfolios, venue details, and offerings related to decoration, catering, and photography. A key feature of the system is its integrated, user-friendly inquiry mechanism that captures essential client information such as contact details, event type, and preferred dates. The backend architecture automatically validates, stores, and processes this data, generating immediate actionable leads for the event management team. The system significantly reduces lead response time by automating data handling and notification processes. This paper details the full-stack architecture of the VOWS N VISION system, highlighting the seamless integration between the frontend interface and backend lead management module. Implementation and testing results demonstrate improved operational efficiency, reduced lead-to-contact time, and enhanced client acquisition, proving the system’s effectiveness as a modern digital solution for event management businesses.
