FEATURES OF ASSESSING THE EFFICIENCY OF CONSTRUCTION OF ROBOTIC DAIRY COMPLEXES FROM THE POINTS OF THE CONTRACTOR AND THE CUSTOMER
This article explores the key theoretical approaches to assessing the role and significance of building modern robotic dairy farms to improve agricultural production efficiency. It examines the specifics of investment projects for constructing such farms and assessing project effectiveness from the contractor and client perspectives. The key risks associated with implementing a construction project are identified and economically substantiated using the example of an agricultural organization servicing a dairy herd of approximately 500 head. The article concludes with key findings regarding the selection of project conditions for building robotic dairy complexes, which will be useful to clients, contractors, and state and municipal authorities.
