Agent-Consumable Decision IP: A Working Paper on Deterministic Decision Artefacts for Autonomous Systems
This working paper defines a new market primitive: Agent-Consumable Decision IP.It specifies how pre-existing, deterministic, data-free decision and negotiation structures can be licensed once, executed autonomously by agents, and audited ex post by humans. The paper introduces the architectural, legal, and operational requirements for decision IP that is not software, not a service, and not a model, but a hash-locked artefact consumable by autonomous systems under novelty and uncertainty. No implementation details or proprietary artefacts are disclosed. The document serves solely as a formal market definition and reference framework.
