Practical Aspects of Implementing the Program for the Formation of Emotional Intelligence in the Educational Space of the University

This article examines the problem of developing emotional intelligence in the educational space of a university. The features of development of emotional intelligence of students are analyzed, the relevance of studying the conditions of work with students in this direction is emphasized. The rationale for the program and its possibilities are described using the example of research by various authors and the experience of practical implementation of work in the educational space of the university.
