Pancreatic Pseudocyst Involving Both Liver and Spleen in an Adolescent: A Rare Case Report and Review of the Literature
A BSTRACT Pancreatic pseudocyst formation with hepatic and splenic involvement is exceptionally rare in children. We report a 13-year-old boy with recurrent abdominal pain and multiple intra-abdominal collections secondary to pancreatitis, confirmed by imaging and fluid analysis. This case underscores the unusual extra-pancreatic spread of pseudocysts in pediatric pancreatitis.
