TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS FOR SAFE EVACUATION AT CULTURAL EVENTS IN UNCONVENTIONAL SPACES: SWIFT ANALYSIS AND GPS APPLICATIONS

Ensuring the safety of attendees at concerts held in unconventional spaces is a complex challenge in emergency management, especially in the case of fires or other major incidents. In this context, real-time identification and monitoring of individuals become essential for efficient evacuation coordination. This paper analyzes relevant case studies, including the innovative CellEVAC system based on smart LED wristbands and advanced computational models for largescale evacuation simulation at music festivals. Additionally, similar applications such as RFID systems, dedicated mobile apps, and intelligent video monitoring technologies for crowd management are presented. The results of these approaches demonstrate that integrating interactive technological solutions in cultural event safety management can significantly improve the speed and efficiency of evacuations, thereby reducing risks and ensuring participant protection.
