MANAGING THE TRAINING PROCESS AND SIGNING THE LABOR PROTECTION RECORDS USING DIGITAL PLATFORMS

The paper deals with the problems encountered in connection with the impossibility of signing the labor protection sheets, in the context of working from home under telework contract, according to the law on occupational safety and health in Romania, problems that induce the lack of mandatory periodic training by the employer of his employees in the field of occupational safety and health. This study aims to highlight the need for and at the same time the possibility of a new approach to occupational safety and health. Considering the needs encountered within our company in terms of occupational health and safety at work and the opportunities arising both in legislation and in the support provided by external services, I bring to your attention a solution that covers the requirements imposed by Romanian legislation, at zero cost, these being covered by the disability fund.
