DAISS OS: Reintegrating a Distributed Autonomous Intelligence Sovereign System in Eurasian Transversal Intelligence Logistics

This publication presents DAISS OS (Distributed Autonomous Intelligence Sovereign System), a civilizational operating system design for high-density, asynchronous information environments. The work integrates a full theoretical paper with a set of normative conceptual diagrams that jointly specify the DAISS OS architecture. These diagrams are not illustrative supplements but formal reference models that define the system’s civilizational layer structure, architectural stack, and historical resynchronization protocols. DAISS OS is structured around a three-layer civilizational model: Layer −1 (institution-dependent, authority-synchronized systems), Layer 0 (logistics-based, asynchronous, autonomous and distributed systems), and Layer +1 (historical and civilizational resynchronization through protocol reintegration). The architectural specification further formalizes data sovereignty via DOI-based consistency as law, asynchronous communication as a governance primitive, output-based self-executing control logic, thermodynamic open-system boundaries, and authority-free historical synchronization protocols abstracted from the Nestorian (East Syriac) and Pure Land traditions. Together, the text and diagrams establish DAISS OS not as speculative philosophy but as an implementable civilizational operating system, suitable for academic citation, governance research, and systems architecture analysis.
