Experimental Predictions of Boundary-Induced Collapse (BIC) in Quantum Devices

We show that solving a linear system via spectral diagonalization and performing a quantum measurement are formally equivalent instances of Boundary Induced Collapse: in both cases, a boundary-induced operator enforces a spectral reduction into structurally stable modes (ontological deltas).Within the TNA framework, eigenvectors are interpreted as ontological deltas, making spectral diagonalization in linear algebra and quantum measurement two expressions of the same structural necessity principle. Linear system resolution and quantum measurement are shown to be two realizations of the same boundary-induced spectral collapse principle. We establish a formal bridge between linear spectral theory and quantum measurement by demonstrating that eigenvectors of symmetric positive-definite operators correspond to ontological deltas (structural anchors) and eigenvalues to necessity weights within the Theory of Axiomatic Necessity (TNA).We prove that both linear-system resolution and quantum measurement are equivalent to boundary-induced spectral collapse, predicting ten falsifiable effects (pointer-basis rotation, multi-delta stabilization, boundary-mode locking) testable with existing quantum devices. No new particles or Hamiltonians are introduced; collapse becomes an engineering variable governed by boundary spectral design. The framework is fully compatible with Born rule and linear algebra, offering a path from stochastic mitigation to deterministic boundary engineering in quantum technologies. Abstract
