Do ICTs serve the educational curriculum?

Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) are tools widely used in education, but they only serve the curriculum if their integration is planned correctly. It will be demonstrated that correct planning must have a curricular approach, which entails three characteristics: a base in curricular objectives, epistemological coherence and contextualisation. This essay will provide a critical look at the problems of institutional governance regarding ICTs.
