Mechanistic and systemic perspectives on tumour necrosis factor-like weak inducer of apoptosis in pemphigus vulgaris
To refine TWEAK-targeted strategies in pemphigus vulgaris, we highlight the critical roles of neutrophil extracellular traps and intracellular signalling pathways. Incorporating these systemic and mechanistic perspectives is vital for future therapeutic translation.
