Speed decision planning and control of autonomous vehicle considering road conditions
With the widespread adoption of autonomous driving technology, speed decision-making, and vehicle control have become critical components in this field. This paper examines personalized speed planning and control for vehicles traveling over various road surfaces, with a specific focus on vehicles equipped with passive suspension systems. First, this paper conducted sensitivity experiments on uneven road surfaces to filter out those surfaces that exert a certain influence on vehicle vertical ride comfort. Secondly, this paper proposes a personalized speed control decision framework tailored for autonomous vehicles traversing uneven road surfaces. Based on this framework, a speed decision planning system was designed. Finally, simulation analysis validated the innovation and advantages of this framework.
