Association of Body Mass Index-Adjusted Body Cell Mass and Lean Body Mass with Metabolic Syndrome and Insulin Resistance in Middle-Aged and Older Adults: A Cross-Sectional Study
The results suggest that BCM<sub>bmi</sub> is independently associated with metabolic markers and demonstrate comparable predictive power to LBM<sub>bmi</sub> for MetS and IR, particularly in males.
