Platform workers increasingly have a diverse array of tools to exercise their agency physically and virtually. However, the process of establishing resilience in such conditions is often not straight-forward. As platforms counteract workers' acts of resistance, workers must continue to develop new and innovative strategies to strengthen their resilience.
