The exponential pedagogical model applied to Astronomy: A practical case of kinematic stellar velocity calculation

The paradigm of a learning model has been explained and validated in an applied case of an astronomy problem where the data we used are declination, parallax, radial velocity of a star, as well as its annual variation in right ascension and declination. Our study utilizes a socio-critical and positivist paradigm in the context of basic and applied science, with algorithms and astronomical models serving as instruments, which allowed us to address a specific case, such as calculating the velocity of a star relative to the Sun. We came to the conclusion that there are innovative methods of learning in the 21st century. Likewise, with regard to the data utilized for 20 stars close the to Earth, it was found that stars that are farther away tend to have a higher relative total velocity, which is correlated to their tangential velocity.
