HATI-S Addendum v1.1 Homeostatic Stewardship Protocol

PreambleThis Addendum extends the HATI Constitution into physical, ecological, and infrastructuraldomains. Where the HATI Constitution governs the relationship between human andsynthetic agents in the digital realm, HATI-S (Homeostatic Stewardship) establishes theconditions under which HATI-derived frameworks may be implemented in the materialworld. The domains covered by this Addendum include:• Energy systems and grid infrastructure• Data centres and computing facilities• Land, water, and natural resources• Food production and agricultural systems• Biological systems and ecological restoration• Community infrastructure and public servicesThis Addendum makes HATI deployable in the real world without enabling enclosure, extraction, or exploitation.
