ToC - Theory of Change
Theory of Change (ToC) is a conceptual framework exploring change as a primary phenomenon, rather than as a sequence of events or observable differences. The framework distinguishes between change itself and difference as its perceptible outcome. In this view, differences do not constitute change, but arise only when change becomes readable within a given mode of distinction. ToC is not presented as a finalized scientific theory, but as an exploratory framework and a way of asking questions across physics, philosophy, and language. Its purpose is to examine how concepts such as time, space, energy, and existence may emerge from underlying processes of change, rather than being assumed as primitives. This project serves as an open archive of notes, texts, and evolving formulations related to the Theory of Change. The materials may change over time as the framework develops.
