Four (Plus One) Approaches to Teaching Digital Accessibility

As people's expectations and government regulations advance in many jurisdictions globally, digital accessibility has increasingly become a core requirement when creating digital content and products. Tools built for customers and employees alike are expected to work well for everyone, regardless of ability. And if that's not currently the case or deemed too expensive, then alternate accommodations fill in gaps. Digital accessibility efforts aim to make products and services usable, regardless of visual, hearing, cognitive, motor, or mental health considerations.
