Patient experiences of the hysterosalpingogram procedure at hospitals in Pretoria, South Africa
Patient experience is very important whether before, during or after the HSG procedure. Therefore, staff training on patient communication and empathy, optimising appointment scheduling, and better patient education about the HSG procedure are necessary.
