Sex Differences in the Risk of Acute Exacerbations among Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Treated with Long-Acting Bronchodilators

The findings highlight the importance of considering maintenance treatments when evaluating sex differences in the risk of acute exacerbations.
