MUNICIPAL LAND CONTROL AS A FUNCTION OF MOSCOW'S EXECUTIVE AUTHORITIES

The relevance of the study is due to the high importance of the implementation of municipal land control in the territory of the Russian Federation. The following scientific research methods were used in the work, such as the analysis of practical experience in the implementation of municipal land control in various regions of the Russian Federation. Practical significance of the study: the practice of municipal land control described in this article can be successfully implemented in other regions of the Russian Federation. Conclusions and results the body exercising municipal land control in the territory of the city of Moscow plays a significant role in the sustainable development of territories and the formation of a favorable urban environment.
