LIFTING A METEOROLOGICAL MISSILE TO A SET HEIGHT IN A FIXED TIME WITH MINIMAL CONTROL ENERGY USAGE

Using the method of variational calculus, the problem of lifting a rocket to a given height in a fixed amount of time with minimal fuel consumption has been solved. The problem of finding optimal trajectories of variables and controls has been formulated as an edge problem with missing initial conditions, which have been found using the difference method for solving edge problems

Abstract

Using the method of variational calculus, the problem of lifting a rocket to a given height in a fixed amount of time with minimal fuel consumption has been solved. The problem of finding optimal trajectories of variables and controls has been formulated as an edge problem with missing initial conditions, which have been found using the difference method for solving edge problems
