Effects of Micropulse Laser Trabeculoplasty on Intraocular Pressure and Aqueous Humor Outflow in Pigmented Rabbits

MLT induced transient MMP activation, enhanced aqueous outflow, and reduced IOP. These findings imply that MLT lowers IOP in pigmented rabbits by promoting ECM remodeling through MMP upregulation.
