System analysis of digital transformation in education

The key trend of our time is the deep digital transformation of the education system, determined by technological progress and the needs of the digital economy. A comprehensive analysis of this multifaceted process has been carried out through the prism of a systematic approach with the identification of its key components and patterns. The subject structure of transformations is characterized in detail, which includes traditional educational organizations, teachers, IT developers, commercial online schools, corporate universities and professional communities, as well as the objects of impact - educational programs, management processes, quality assessment methods, professional retraining programs, independent qualification assessment systems and career trajectories. Special attention is paid to the classification parameters of digitalization, such as the level of impact (instrumental, procedural, systemic, individual and educational) and the nature of transformations (technological, organizational, meaningful, professionally oriented). A set of external (regulatory and legal regulation, technological progress, market requirements, competitive environment) and internal factors (teacher readiness, infrastructural provision, financial resources, the need for continuing education, individual educational needs) determining the intensity and direction of transformation is identified and analyzed. A system of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of digital transformation has been developed and presented, including both technical (integration ability, scalability, reliability, security) and pedagogical aspects (quality of educational outcomes, personalization, formation of digital competencies, employment of graduates, relevance of educational programs). A set of methods for implementing transformations is proposed, structured into organizational (step-by-step implementation, networking, corporate educational programs, micro-education), technological (big data, blockchain, simulation technologies, artificial intelligence, cloud platforms) and quality assurance methods (project-based training, job security, regular attestations, monitoring of educational analytics, independent assessment), A holistic view of the strategies for modernizing the educational ecosystem in the digital age has been formed. The materials can be used in the design of digital educational environments, the development of professional development programs for teaching staff, and the formation of strategies for the development of educational organizations in the context of digital transformation.
