AI Charter — Human Responsibility Boundaries in Human–AI Collaboration (Bánkuti Omri)

This AI Charter defines non-transferable human responsibilities in human–AI collaboration. It is not a technical specification, policy, or terms of service, but a boundary-settingdocument grounded in observed limits of delegation. The Charter identifies domains that must remain human-led, including responsibility formeaning-making, contradiction resolution, ethical judgment, and the handling of ambiguity. It explicitly states what must not be delegated to artificial systems, regardless ofcapability improvements. This document is descriptive and normative at the level of responsibility allocation. It does not prescribe methods, interventions, or implementation details. Its purpose is to prevent implicit delegation of human accountability to automated systems. The Charter is technology-agnostic and intended as a reference framework for education, research, institutional use, and system design discussions.
